Store Associate – Grocery

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Store Associates to join our grocery retail team in Bhandup or Kanjurmarg. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find products, handling bulk orders, and ensuring the store remains tidy and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers throughout the store and assist them in locating products.
• Handle, pack, and prepare bulk customer orders accurately.
• Check product quantities and quality while assembling orders.
• Maintain proper product arrangement and support daily store operations.
• Keep the store area organized and assist teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to read and communicate in English and Hindi.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Active, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
• Comfortable with packing and handling grocery items.
• Previous experience in a grocery store, supermarket, or retail environment is a plus.

• 10‑hour shifts (morning and evening) with 4 weekly offs.
• Overtime opportunities.
• Monthly in‑hand salary between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000.
