About the role
The Steward / Stewardess supports the service team in delivering efficient food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Reporting to the Captain or Restaurant Manager, the role ensures guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in food and beverage delivery and replenish table accompaniments.
- Set up tables with correct cutlery, crockery, and glassware (mise‑en‑place).
- Clear tables promptly and keep the dining area pristine.
- Collaborate with Captains and Servers to ensure smooth floor operations.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side tasks during shifts.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality (freshers may be considered).
- Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of service etiquette.
