Steward – Hospitality Positions in Goregaon

About the role

We are expanding our Service & Guest Experience Team at the upcoming Oberoi Mall in Goregaon, Mumbai. Multiple hospitality positions are open, including Cashier, Senior Server, Server, Additional Server, Busser/Trainee Server, Vibe Host and Hostess. Candidates will join a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests across all dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions, order taking, and payment processing accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tables, and service areas.
• Assist with setting up and resetting dining spaces for each shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in restaurant operations or customer service.
