Statutory Auditor – Assurance Engagements

About the role

We are looking for statutory auditors to join a leading Big‑6 audit firm. The position involves delivering high‑quality assurance engagements, including group reporting, while supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strict adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and finalize assurance engagements, including group reporting.
• Support senior staff and independently prepare proposals and budgets for new business opportunities.
• Ensure 100% compliance with quality procedures to deliver impactful client outcomes.
• Facilitate personal and team development through training and seminars on assurance practice and accounting standards.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and demanding client conditions.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to managers, assistant managers, and consultants.
• Oversee time and cost management for project codes.
• Handle timely billing and collections from clients.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for extended periods.

Required profile

• 1‑10 years of experience in statutory or assurance audit.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on coaching and workload monitoring.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work under demanding client environments.
