Staff Software Engineer – Frontend

About the role

We’re looking for frontend engineers who are excited about building data‑intensive products that developers use daily, simplifying complex multi‑module workflows, and pushing React performance so the UI never hinders incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complex workflows across dashboards, traces, logs, metrics, alerts, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Own large frontend features and systems end‑to‑end, from problem definition to production.
• Architect for performance using virtualization, progressive loading, smart caching, and selective rendering.
• Profile and improve slow interactions, large visualizations, and data‑heavy views.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, founders, and backend engineers, and speak with users to ship improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.
• Think in systems and user journeys, not just individual screens.
• Care about product experience as much as code quality.
• Comfortable using browser profiling and debugging tools.
• Take ownership and can move work forward without detailed instructions.
