Staff Nurse – Patient Care

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients across various departments, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments and perform point‑of‑care tests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient health status.
• Provide bedside care, education and support to patients and their families.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and operate clinical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• Minimum 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle patient interactions with empathy.
• Basic computer literacy.
