About the role
We are seeking Consultant Ophthalmologists for reputable NABH‑approved hospitals, eye hospitals and medical colleges across several Indian states. The positions offer immediate hiring for candidates with strong clinical and surgical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ophthalmic disorders.
- Perform cataract and other ophthalmic surgeries, including Phaco procedures.
- Manage OPD, IPD and emergency eye care services.
- Teach and mentor medical students and junior doctors (for faculty roles).
- Participate in academic and departmental activities.
Required profile
- MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology.
- Teaching experience mandatory for faculty positions.
- Proven experience in Phaco/Cataract surgery.
- Retired faculty up to 65 years may apply.
