Staff Nurse – Patient Care

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting recovery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate care.
• Initiative, moral support and a compassionate approach to patients.
• Basic computer literacy.
