Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

Join Apollo Hospitals as a Staff Nurse and provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various health conditions. You will assess health problems, maintain accurate medical records, implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on health maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and respond to changes.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Attend regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• First division in 10th, 12th and relevant nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, listening ability, and team‑building orientation.
• Good communication, coordination, initiative and moral support for patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
