Staff Nurse – Oncology

About the role

CIPHER Oncology is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to provide oncology home‑care services. You will work directly with cancer patients and their families, helping them navigate the health‑care system and access timely care either at home or in our centre.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver oncology nursing care to cancer patients, removing barriers to treatment and facilitating home or centre‑based services.
• Visit assigned patients and families, assess health problems, and report findings.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop home‑care plans, and solve clinical issues.
• Lift, transfer, and move patients, medical supplies, and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with doctors and department leads to coordinate administrative and discharge planning activities.
• Adapt to changing conditions in health coaching while maintaining focus on patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in critical‑care nursing, preferably in oncology home‑care discharge planning.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in at least two of Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Commitment to continuous education through staff meetings and in‑service training.
• Self‑motivated, patient, and energetic with a strong sense of empathy.
