About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in New Delhi. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families in achieving optimal health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
- Monitor patient health status and respond to changes promptly.
- Provide bedside care, education, and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Operate and care for medical equipment safely.
- Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.
Required profile
- Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing.
- Academic record with first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing qualification.
- 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and moral support for patients.
Required skills
- Computer literacy for documentation and record‑keeping.
