Staff Nurse & Front Desk Manager – Cosmetic Clinic

About the role

Aesthetica Veda is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse who will also manage front‑desk operations at its Whitefield clinic. You will support doctors during consultations and cosmetic procedures while ensuring a smooth, patient‑focused experience from arrival to discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consultants during patient consultations, minor procedures, and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and consumables, maintaining sterility and readiness.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures, reporting any adverse reactions promptly.
• Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes and clinical documentation.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate restocking.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilisation and infection‑control protocols.
• Handle minor emergencies, providing first‑response care and escalating to doctors as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Required profile

• GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration with the Nursing Council.
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in a cosmetic, dermatology or aesthetic clinic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced clinical setting.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for digital record‑keeping and scheduling tools.
