About the role
Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves providing direct patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families throughout their treatment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Record medical history and symptoms of patients
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Perform point‑of‑care tests and nursing assessments
- Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes
- Provide bedside care and operate medical equipment
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure a clean clinical environment
Required profile
- Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing
- 1st division marks in 10th, 12th and graduation
- 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities
Required skills
- Computer literacy
