Sr Clinical Operation Specialist / Lead Clinical Operation Specialist

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Sr Clinical Operation Specialist (or Lead Clinical Operation Specialist) to join its Clinical Solutions team on a home‑based basis. The role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring data integrity, budget compliance, and regulatory readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update information in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) including timelines, milestones, and ethics/health authority authorizations.
• Assist the Senior Clinical Project Manager with study budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Perform good receipt booking aligned with vendor financial reports and study status.
• Set up and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF), ensuring all required documents are filed correctly.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Trial Team to resolve documentation gaps and support study execution.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) experience.
• Experience with centralized monitoring is preferred.
• Strong operational understanding of clinical research processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proactive, resourceful, and quick learner.
