Sports Domain Expert – AI Evaluation

About the role

Fusion CX is seeking a Sports Domain Expert to evaluate and improve Large Language Models (LLMs) by applying deep sports knowledge. The role is contractual, remote, and focuses on creating challenging prompts and assessing AI-generated responses for accuracy and nuance.

Key responsibilities

• Create advanced prompts covering global sports, leagues, athletes, tournaments, rules, statistics, and analytics.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, and nuance.
• Identify hallucinations, logical inconsistencies, outdated information, and edge cases.
• Develop benchmark datasets and adversarial test cases.
• Provide evidence‑based feedback with reliable references and collaborate with AI researchers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in a sports‑related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional, research, or teaching experience in sports.
• Excellent written English and strong analytical attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver objective, evidence‑backed reviews.
