About the role
Fusion CX is seeking experienced small‑business owners or professionals with strong operational knowledge to evaluate AI chatbots on real‑world business scenarios. You will create realistic prompts, interact with multiple AI agents, and provide structured feedback to improve their usefulness for small businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Create realistic business‑related prompts based on defined user goals.
- Interact with up to five AI chatbot turns per conversation, assessing clarity, usefulness and accuracy.
- Submit conversation transcripts, comparative evaluations and structured feedback.
- Use business documents, spreadsheets, PDFs and images in English as part of the evaluation workflow.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a business owner or in small‑business operations.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and work with AI tools.
- Fluent English and able to provide business‑related documents in English.
