Spanish-speaking Quality Specialist – Transportation

About the role

The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist who will provide first‑level support for driver and delivery programs. The role focuses on improving the customer experience by analyzing delivery data, identifying issues, and implementing preventive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Use Spanish fluency (B2+) to translate and communicate information between internal and external teams.
• Analyze case‑level inputs to detect predictors and causes of delivery problems.
• Recommend and apply case‑level corrections to enhance delivery performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and present findings to managers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional resources to ensure program efficiency.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses when data is available.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Spanish with a B2+ certification.
• 10‑24 months of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
