Spanish Customer Service Senior Analyst

About the role

eClerx is seeking a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Senior Analyst to join its Chandigarh office. You will handle inbound Spanish and English calls from U.S. customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved and sales opportunities are captured.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and understand customer needs.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle objections with empathy and work toward closing sales.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred (any field).
• Excellent verbal and written Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chandigarh and rotate shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
