About the role
Join Marriott’s spa team in Jaipur as a Spa Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a relaxing experience. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage bookings, and ensure smooth daily operations of the spa.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are logged correctly.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, moving light items, and navigating uneven surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and lift up to 10 lb unaided (25 lb with assistance).
Required skills
- Proficiency in using reservation software.
