Solution Architect – System & Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in System and Integration Architecture to join Bosch's Global Software Technologies team in Coimbatore. You will shape the technical direction of HR digital solutions, ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and maintain solution architecture artifacts such as data‑flow diagrams, component and system architecture diagrams, and integration architectures.
• Assess technology changes against the HR Digital Strategy, supporting the implementation of Generative AI, RPA, automation and cloud‑based solutions.
• Create and govern LeanIX Fact Sheets for applications, systems, interfaces, servers and databases, ensuring an up‑to‑date HR IT landscape.
• Act as an IT architecture consultant for HR stakeholders, providing guidance on technology selection, integration approaches and cloud onboarding.
• Apply Bosch IT architecture principles, standards and governance processes, supporting architecture reviews and compliance assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud and Automation.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, LeanIX or cloud provider credentials are preferred.
