Software Engineer – Multi‑tenant SaaS on AWS

About the role

Britive is looking for a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale its multi‑tenant SaaS platform on AWS. You will join a fast‑paced startup environment, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a large‑scale application stack running on AWS.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design and integrate software, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot product issues.
• Perform proof‑of‑concepts to identify optimal design options using AWS services.
• Research integration options for various SaaS/IaaS technologies, including APIs for user administration, and incorporate findings into the application.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the AWS platform, tools, and services.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude and ability to deliver technical solutions in a fast‑paced startup.
• Will report to the Engineering Manager.

Required skills

• Spring, Spring Boot, Java, REST Web Services.
• SQL/NoSQL databases, ELK stack, microservices architecture.
• Docker, containerization, CI/CD principles.
• Hands‑on experience building scalable multi‑tenant SaaS applications on AWS.
• Deep knowledge of AWS networking and security, Route53, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, RDS, DynamoDB.
