Software Engineer I – Full Stack (React, Node.js, AWS)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Global Technology organization. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of cloud‑native applications, collaborating with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain responsive web applications using React.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs and micro‑services with Node.js, Python or similar languages.
• Implement and manage NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit and integration testing, and adopt test‑driven development practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, technical specifications and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React (or similar JavaScript framework).
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python (or comparable languages).
• NoSQL database experience.
• RESTful API design and consumption.
• Cloud platforms – preferably AWS, including serverless concepts.
• Version control with Git/GitHub.
• Unit testing, integration testing and TDD.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
