Software Developer – Hybrid (Hyderabad)

About the role

Hyland is looking for a Software Developer to join its Hyderabad team in a hybrid work model (three days on‑site). You will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise software, ensuring high‑quality releases that meet product standards.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code from functional specifications and identify refactoring or architectural improvements.
• Create and run automated unit and integration tests to verify functionality before code review.
• Design algorithms and logic in line with established standards and perform peer code reviews.
• Participate in planning, effort estimation, solution demos, and process reviews.
• Help build and improve the delivery pipeline, including test automation, security checks, and performance monitoring.
• Provide troubleshooting support for moderately complex production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with continuous software delivery and collaborative development environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one language such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective‑C, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with build environments, CI/CD pipelines, and test‑automation tools.
• Experience working in Windows or Linux development environments using open‑source tools.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
