Job description

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead – DevOps to own and improve our CI/CD pipelines, coordinate deployments, and ensure cloud infrastructure health. You will be responsible for maintaining pipeline‑as‑code, managing IaC provisioning, and ensuring security of secrets.

Key responsibilities

Own end-to-end CI/CD pipeline health across build, test, and deploy stages.
Flag and resolve pipeline failures before they block environment promotions.
Maintain pipeline-as-code (Jenkinsfile/YAML) versioned and standardized across projects.
Coordinate deployments across all environments from Dev through Production.
Own deployment and rollback runbooks for every release and hotfix.
Track deployment frequency, lead time, and failure rate as core KPIs.
Monitor cloud infrastructure health — compute, networking, storage, and scaling.
Manage environment provisioning and teardown via IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Ensure secrets and certificates are rotated and never hardcoded in pipelines.
