Software Developer (Hybrid, Hyderabad)

About the role

Hyland is seeking a Software Developer to join its Hyderabad team on a hybrid schedule (three days in‑office per week). You will apply software engineering principles to design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality code that drives business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refactor code based on functional specifications, ensuring alignment with product architecture.
• Create and execute automated unit tests and verify code meets technical specifications before code review.
• Design algorithms and logic following established standards and conduct peer code reviews.
• Contribute to software development processes, including planning, estimation, demos, and reviews.
• Support the delivery pipeline by enhancing test automation, security, and performance.
• Provide troubleshooting for moderately complex production issues to maintain application stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the full SDLC.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.
