Software Developer (Hybrid, Hyderabad)

About the role

As a Developer at Hyland, you will drive the performance and quality of our product suite by applying solid software engineering principles. You will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment, delivering high‑quality code on schedule while continuously improving the codebase and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop code from functional specifications, identify refactoring opportunities and architectural improvements.
• Create and run automated tests, including unit tests, to verify functionality before code review.
• Design logic and algorithms, perform peer code reviews to maintain consistency and quality.
• Contribute to development standards, planning, estimation, demos and reviews.
• Help build and enhance the delivery pipeline with test automation, security and performance enhancements.
• Provide troubleshooting support for moderately complex production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Experience with general‑purpose programming languages, specifically .NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodology.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version‑control systems.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services.
