Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of social media strategies for PRUTHVI GROUP, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ahmedabad and works closely with the broader digital marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to strengthen brand presence.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social channels.
• Optimize performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
• Align social initiatives with overall digital marketing objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Handle public communications and respond to audience interactions.
• Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
• Strong background in Digital Marketing strategy development.
• Excellent content strategy and development capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to extract actionable insights.
• Proactive, creative approach to campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in hospitality, food, or catering sectors is a plus.
