About the role
E2M is a fast‑growing digital marketing firm that partners with agencies to solve bandwidth challenges and boost profitability. As an SEO Account Manager you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal SEO project team, ensuring strategies are executed on time and client expectations are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate SEO initiatives, strategies, and performance updates to clients on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Organise and lead regular client meetings, including weekly/bi‑weekly calls and monthly reporting sessions.
- Collaborate with the SEO Project Manager to identify, vet, and pursue new growth opportunities for each account.
- Drive account growth and retention by delivering results that align with client goals.
- Ensure all client deliverables and deadlines are met in coordination with the project team.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a client‑facing role within digital marketing or SEO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal and cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and MOZ.
- Experience using web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of current SEO best practices for content and onsite optimisation.
- Ability to generate and interpret SEO performance reports.
