Quality Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and evolve quality processes for our gTech Ads portfolio. The role will focus on ensuring high‑quality customer experiences across our advertising products while leveraging automation and machine‑learning techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement future‑proof quality frameworks aligned with the evolving agentic space.
• Track, scale successes and root‑cause design or execution issues to drive measurable business impact.
• Apply automation and machine‑learning approaches to improve quality and customer experience.
• Share quality‑assurance insights, highlighting systemic or outlier issues affecting customers.
• Standardize processes and methods across delivery regions to ensure consistent KPI delivery and economies of scale.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a customer‑facing role supporting operations.
• 5 years building stakeholder or client relationships.
• 5 years identifying process issues, creating solutions and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred: MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience analyzing data to generate business insights.
• Experience with AI/ML tools, automation‑first mindset, and agentic solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management in a global, multicultural environment.
