Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of our film projects and brand. Based in Belgaum, you will work on-site with our production, marketing and design teams to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish content aligned with film release timelines and promotional goals.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to interactions and foster community growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is accurate, timely and reflects the creative vision.
• Track performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and optimization, preferably within film, entertainment or creative industries.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, brand-consistent messages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Belgaum, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
