About the role

Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for a vibrant Social Media Manager to join its Cult brand team in Bangalore. You will shape experiential marketing campaigns, drive social media strategy, and nurture a thriving community of fitness enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch experiential marketing campaigns that create memorable brand interactions.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with the Cult community.
• Craft and curate engaging content that tells the brand story and highlights community members.
• Build and nurture relationships with members, fostering a sense of belonging and excitement.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and produce reports to continuously improve tactics.
• Co‑own the management of a gig‑network of designers, copywriters, videographers, editors and operations executives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in community or social marketing, preferably in the lifestyle sector.
• Creative, visionary thinker capable of delivering buzz‑worthy campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and ability to collaborate with creators and agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness and community building.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
