Social Media Manager

About the role

BulBul, a fast‑growing Indian ethnic‑wear brand, is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to own its digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. You will craft storytelling content, drive community engagement and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Create engaging reels, stories, posts and campaigns aligned with fashion and cultural trends.
• Plan monthly content calendars, shoot schedules and product highlights.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists and editors to produce visual assets.
• Work with the marketing team on product launches, promotions and festive campaigns.
• Manage influencer outreach, coordination and deliverables.
• Monitor insights, track performance metrics and optimise strategies.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends and best practices.
• Handle customer queries via direct messages and foster community interaction.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of proven experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of Indian fashion trends.
• Ability to shoot basic content with a phone, including reels and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking and multitasking abilities.
