SMT Engineer – AOI & SPI (TRI)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SMT Engineer with hands‑on experience in TRI AOI and TRI SPI equipment to ensure high‑quality PCB assembly in our Jaipur facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, program, and maintain TRI AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and TRI SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machines.
• Create and optimise inspection programs for new PCB models.
• Analyse AOI and SPI inspection results, reducing false calls and improving first‑pass yield.
• Monitor solder paste printing quality using SPI reports.
• Perform machine calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain production records.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably with SMT processes.
• Hands‑on experience with TRI AOI and TRI SPI systems.
• Ability to interpret PCB layouts, Gerber files and BOMs.
