Skilled Technician – Level III

About the role

The Skilled Technician – Level III performs critical maintenance and production support activities in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong technical knowledge of machinery, electrical safety, and preventive maintenance processes while promoting a safe and high‑quality workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Follow HSE standards: stop work for hazards, report incidents, wear PPE, and engage in safety training.
• Maintain high workmanship quality, support equipment uptime, and conduct failure analysis.
• Interpret diagrams, manuals, and specifications to perform maintenance tasks using appropriate tools and measuring instruments.
• Document preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance activities in the maintenance system.
• Perform quality inspections, raise issues to reduce cost and quality exposure, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and instruct less‑experienced team members, act as an informal resource, and contribute to TPM activities.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and perform routine housekeeping and machine cleaning.
