About the role
We are looking for a skilled ITI‑trained Fitter to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The role involves assembling, fitting and installing metal components and sub‑assemblies for fabrication projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, fit and install metal parts and sub‑assemblies according to technical drawings.
- Use hand and power tools to achieve precise alignment and finish.
- Interpret engineering diagrams and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and handle heavy machinery safely.
Required profile
- ITI qualification in Fitter trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- Physical stamina to work with heavy equipment.
