Site Supervisor

About the role

House of Forms is seeking a detail‑oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior and architectural projects across residential and commercial sites in Surat and surrounding areas. You will act as the bridge between design intent and on‑site delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal design team.
• Monitor project timelines, site progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular quality checks, resolve on‑site issues, and verify measurements.
• Report updates, delays, and challenges to the design team.
• Maintain safety standards and site discipline.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in site supervision for interior or architectural projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of interior fit‑outs and construction processes.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Surat.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred).
