Site Supervisor – Construction Site Management

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. This role requires close coordination with engineers, project managers, and vendors to maintain quality, safety, and progress on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage and guide site staff, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain quality control for materials and workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and site regulations.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, and vendors.
• Track daily progress, prepare site reports and attendance records.
• Handle basic measurement and material usage records.
• Identify site issues and promptly report delays or risks.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline on the site.

Required profile

• Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil, Construction, or a related field; a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Approximately 25 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects is preferred.
