Facade Designer

About the role

The Facade Designer position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Nashik. You will develop façade concepts and translate them into detailed design and shop drawings for cladding and glazing systems, working closely with project managers, architects and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop façade concepts and produce detailed design and shop drawings for cladding and glazing.
• Coordinate with project managers and architects, reviewing structural and architectural plans.
• Ensure façade details meet performance, safety and aesthetic requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support fabrication and installation teams.
• Assist in resolving design‑related issues during project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify design implementation and maintain alignment with specifications and timelines.

Required profile

• Strong skills in façade design and building envelope systems.
• Practical experience in cladding, glazing and curtain‑wall solutions.
• Ability to produce accurate shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Understanding of structural principles, building codes and material specifications.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in façade design or fabrication projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit).
• Knowledge of CAD and BIM workflows for façade design.
