Site Project Manager – High‑Rise Construction (Mivan/Aluminium Shuttering)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of a multi‑tower G+12 high‑rise township in Aldandi, Maharashtra. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, you will ensure seamless workflow, strict safety compliance, and precise structural alignment using rapid monolithic concrete systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of 10 high‑rise towers (G+12) within the township.
• Supervise Mivan/Aluminium Shuttering cycles to achieve rapid, monolithic concrete construction.
• Provide structured progress reports and milestone tracking to the PMC and BoxIN Architects Representative.
• Optimize workflow cycles, material logistics, and synchronize parallel tower construction.
• Enforce safety protocols, zero‑tolerance hazard policies, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate contractors, sub‑contractors, and site engineers to meet aggressive timelines.

Required profile

• BE Civil degree from a recognized institution.
• 8‑12 years of hands‑on experience in high‑rise residential projects (G+12 or higher).
• In‑depth knowledge of Mivan and Aluminium Shuttering systems.
• Proven leadership in managing large‑scale sites with multiple sub‑contractors.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the Aldandi location.
