Service Team Lead – AMC & Customer Support

About the role

ETAP is seeking a technically strong and customer‑focused Service Team Lead to own post‑commissioning service delivery for Power SCADA, EMS and Automation projects. The role ensures reliable system operation, timely issue resolution and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑commissioning support, including remote and onsite service activities for SCADA, EMS and automation projects.
• Own AMC and warranty obligations, preventive‑maintenance planning, contract deliverables and timely AMC renewals.
• Act as primary contact for customer service requests, technical escalations and service updates.
• Lead troubleshooting of SCADA servers, HMI, databases, RTUs/PLCs, communication networks and system‑integration issues.
• Plan and allocate service resources, maintain documentation, monitor SLA commitments and drive recurring‑issue improvements.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Power SCADA, Electrical Automation, EMS or related control systems.
• Practical experience in post‑commissioning support, AMC execution, warranty management and customer‑facing technical service.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture, HMI, real‑time databases, RTUs/PLCs and system integration.
• Familiarity with IEC 60870‑5‑101/104, IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3 and OPC UA communication protocols.
