About the role
The Service Support Coordinator II provides high‑quality support for contracts administration and related processes. The role ensures that all contract transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Process contract transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Log all required information in designated databases and systems, keeping records up‑to‑date.
- Monitor contract activities, generate required reports, and deliver them promptly.
- Provide internal and external customers with accurate information as needed.
- Liaise with market units to clarify details and ensure transaction correctness.
- Adhere to defined procedures, standards, and service level agreements.
Required profile
- College graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a service environment performing administrative functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Good understanding of the service business.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP (preferred).
- Proficiency with general computer systems.
