SEO/SEM Specialist – Boost Organic & Paid Search

About the role

GoGeekz is seeking an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to lead the evolution of our search strategy across organic and paid channels. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to enhance visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword, competitor, and search‑trend research.
• Design and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and website authority.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
• Perform regular SEO audits and implement on‑page optimizations (titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking).
• Develop off‑page link‑building campaigns and monitor backlink quality.
• Collaborate with developers to apply technical SEO best practices.
• Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Optimize content for Answer Engine (AEO), Generative Engine (GEO), voice search, and featured snippets using structured data and schema markup.
