SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and lead B2B lead‑generation initiatives through effective search‑engine optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies tailored for B2B lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
• Optimize landing pages, blogs, product and service pages for visibility and conversion.
• Maintain technical SEO best practices, including site speed, crawlability, schema markup, URL structure and redirects.
• Collaborate with content writers and demand‑generation teams to embed SEO best practices into all content.
• Perform on‑page audits and provide actionable feedback on meta tags, internal linking and content structure.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience in an in‑house B2B environment (not agency‑only).
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, customer journeys and content‑marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO elements: page speed, redirects, crawl errors, schema, robots.txt and URL architecture.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
