Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Mohali office. The role focuses on driving performance across paid advertising, SEO, and organic social channels. You will work closely with the founding team to shape and execute marketing strategies that generate leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, implement on‑page and off‑page improvements, and build high‑DA backlinks.
• Manage organic social media growth, content creation, and community engagement.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and other tools to produce actionable insights.
• Develop branding and content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and reporting for senior stakeholders.
