SEO Executive (2.5–3 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Executive with 2.5–3 years of hands‑on experience. The role focuses on improving organic visibility across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms while collaborating closely with content and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Optimize websites for Google Search, AI overviews (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and implement GEO and AEO techniques.
• Build entity, semantic, and topical authority through content clusters, pillar pages, and search‑intent mapping.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, content‑gap and backlink‑gap analyses.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawl budget, log file analysis, JavaScript SEO, schema markup, core web vitals, page speed, and site architecture.
• Manage website migrations, index management, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and redirect strategies.
• Monitor brand visibility in AI‑generated results and produce performance reports using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Required profile

• 2.5–3 years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of Google EEAT, ranking factors, and recent algorithm updates.
• Research‑oriented, analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.

• On‑Page, Off‑Page and Technical SEO.
• AI Search Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Entity SEO, Semantic SEO, Content Clustering, Pillar Pages, Search Intent Mapping.
• Tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner.
• Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with schema markup and core web vitals.
