SEO Executive – AI Search Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Executive with 2.5–3 years of hands‑on experience to boost organic visibility across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Optimize websites for Google Search and AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques.
• Build entity‑focused, semantic and topical authority content structures including clusters, pillar pages and intent mapping.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, content‑gap and backlink‑gap research.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawl budget, log file analysis, JavaScript SEO, schema markup, core web vitals and site architecture.
• Manage website migrations, indexation, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt and redirect strategies.
• Enhance EEAT‑driven content for AI citations and monitor brand visibility in AI‑generated results.
• Collaborate with content and development teams and report performance using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.

Required profile

• 2.5–3 years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of Google EEAT, ranking factors and recent algorithm updates.
• Research‑oriented, analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
