Senior Web Developer (PHP/WordPress) – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to design, develop and maintain complex web solutions for our clients in Mumbai. The role involves leading WordPress projects, ensuring high performance, and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize websites and web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Lead WordPress development, including advanced theme and plugin customization, performance tuning, and security enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Architect responsive, cross-browser user interfaces and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, documentation, and version control.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical direction and feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
