Senior Visual Designer Consultant (6‑month contract)

About the role

Noora Health is seeking a Senior Visual Designer Consultant to lead the creation of visual communication assets that support caregiver education across India and other markets. This 6‑month contract position will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex medical content into clear, culturally‑relevant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end visual design for print, digital and environmental materials, from concept to production.
• Design flipcharts, facilitator guides, posters, signage, handouts, presentations, social media creatives and other behaviour‑change assets.
• Collaborate with content creators, medical experts, service designers, illustrators, animators, translators and production partners.
• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and uphold visual quality standards.
• Create and maintain templates, style guides, component libraries and reusable design assets.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while adapting designs to local languages and cultural contexts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in design reviews, field visits, user testing and feedback sessions.
• Explore AI‑powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in visual design for health‑care or social impact projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital and environmental design work.
• Ability to simplify complex medical information into engaging visual formats.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Mentorship experience guiding junior designers.
• Self‑starter who can manage several projects concurrently.
