About the role
You will build and maintain Revit models for architecture and interior projects, creating families for joinery, furniture and fixtures, and ensuring drawing sets are accurate and clash‑free.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage 3D BIM models from early design through construction issue.
- Create custom Revit families for joinery, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
- Use Avail to organise and manage Revit content libraries.
- Produce coordinated drawing sets, including finishes and FF&E schedules.
- Coordinate across disciplines to resolve clashes before site installation.
- Maintain studio BIM standards, templates and documentation.
- Explore AI and automation to accelerate Revit workflows.
Required profile
- Architectural background with hands‑on Revit experience.
- 3–5 years of BIM work, including residential projects.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of architectural detailing.
- Interest in automation and AI applications in BIM.
