Senior Total Rewards Manager / Director

About the role

Cvent is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards leader to own compensation strategy and execution for a large, global workforce. You will drive merit cycles, long‑term incentive programs, and market‑based benchmarking while integrating AI‑enabled HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end administration of annual merit cycles, including planning, budgeting support, approvals, roll‑out, and leader training.
• Manage Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) and ESOP programs, as well as off‑cycle salary changes, promotions, transfers, and corrections.
• Audit and maintain compensation data in systems of record such as Workday and Payscale.
• Conduct salary surveys, job matching, job evaluation, and benchmarking using market data from partners like Aon, Deloitte, Mercer, and WTW.
• Validate compensation ranges through triangulation of market surveys, hiring data, and attrition trends.
• Leverage advanced Excel and AI‑driven HR automation to streamline processes and improve analytics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation administration, and merit‑cycle management.
• Hands‑on expertise with LTI, ESOP, salary surveys, job matching, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency with compensation tools such as Workday and Payscale.
• Advanced Excel skills and practical exposure to AI‑enabled HR processes.
